I was involved in a collision and had to submit a no blame claim. From the moment I contacted MIS to inform them of the collision, I can honestly state that I felt reassured that everything would turn out alright. MIS organised everything from vehicle recovery, loan vehicle to legal assistance. I contacted MIS on a couple of occasions as I was not sure or understood the process. I spoke to Monika Dawson on both occasions. Monika, with the patience of a saint, explained everything in a clear, concise and understandable way. I would like to thank MIS and Monika in particular for the way I and my claim were treated. Monika in particular acted in a professional yet friendly manner which really took the stress of the collision away from me . I would recommend MIS to anyone. Thank you.

I had the unfortunate experience of someone crashing into the back of my car and my insurance company referred me to MIS Claims and I am so glad they did. From the first phone call they were friendly, compassionate, professional and talked me through step by step what was going to happen and what to expect with the next steps of the process. They arranged an inspection of my car by an accident repair company that was close to my home, sorted a replacement car and took over every part of my claim with the other party. They took care of everything! Being involved in a car accident is a very stressful experience but MIS reduced that level of stress for me and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them. At a time when you are upset and shaken by the actions of others (rear ending your vehicle) it was great to have someone like Cameron at the end of the phone at MIS talking you through the process in a calm and professional manner - taking the stress out of the process of getting back on the road again.

My vehicle was involved in a hit & run while parked outside my house. Within two hours of reporting this to MIS my car had been lifted and taken to a garage, and a replacement car had been delivered to me. Excellent service by Alison and her team.
