I recently had a meeting with Mrs Norman, to review my pension and to query my tax code as they seemed to taxing me too much.

After an extensive review of all tax calculations my mind was put at ease all except for one aspect.

Mrs Normal contacted the pension advice team and finally got a person on the phone after waiting 45 minutes to be connected, throughout this wait she was extremely patient and professional and reassuring.

The query was about a complex calculation which was poorly explained but eventually worked out I am now satisfied that my tax and pension payments are correct.
