I have worked with Leah Mason at IPS for over a year. Leah supported me last year in a job search which I decided to take no further. She was fully understanding and not pushy at all. Leah kept in touch with polite messages throughout the year which I appreciated. Earlier this year Leah reached out to me to check in and after a conversation with her we started exploring optional moves (purely my decision, Leah was just there as a sounding board). Leah really ensures she understands the role the candidate is looking for rather then just putting any role forward which is hugely appreciated.
