I was a bit disappointed with the level of service from this solicitor
My only face to face with the solicitor was by the front door in the foyer.
Everytime I phoned the Pembroke office I was transferred to a call centre in Cardiff
I think this practise needs to reflect their services in favour of the customer.
I will say I was unable to conclude business with this practice and walked away.

I used the Redkite Law local office a few years a go for property conveyancing and excellent service with good feedback and a successful transaction. Very pleased overall with the professionalism, knowledge and service from all staff.
Recently I called into Pembroke office for some advice and the staff in reception area listened, made some sensible suggestions and circulated my questions to the team of solicitors. Within several hours I had a call back from Jake who gave me some professional sound advice with several ideas as to how I might proceed. He was very open and frank about the situation and I was extremely impressed. This is the second occasion I have used this law firm. I have no hesitation in recommending to others and using again myself. Many thanks to all the staff for exceptional service.
