I first used James a few years ago when I was a first time buyer and the service was brilliant. James’ knowledge and guidance made the whole process comfortable and made me 100% sure I was making the right decision.

I have now used James to help me remortgage and I couldn’t of asked for more, the deal he got me was perfect and his customer service was great.

James was fantastic in helping us secure our mortgage for our first home. We were in a difficult situation with myself recently going self employed alongside the pandemic changing lenders requirements. Where all the other brokers we spoke to failed, James was able to secure us a mortgage at a good rate with everything we needed.

As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and were unfamiliar with the process, but James guided us through the whole thing. He was friendly and helpful the entire way, and quickly fixed any problems that arose.
