After having a appointment with Mr Grffin and explaining my personal position over drawing the pension, he offered to come to my home , l didn't want to create debt with him and explained this at this point, but he said he would come f . o. c.
On the home visit l explained because of health issues and my low tax bracket l may take the option of all the pension at once.
He requested my paperwork and l signed for him to get further options to offer me.
After 3 weeks l hadn't had and info. so contacted him and after another request he sent information. I decided to take the whole of my pension and required him to sign off my paperwork, of which l said l realised he would charge for this, he sent a email back stating he wouldn't sign my papers and didn't want any further dealings with me without any explanations.
I requested a reason but have had no response to my emails.
I now have to look for a F. A. that will sign my paperwork.
