Very unimpressed with this company. Their response time to queries is dire and basically just leave me hanging and don't bother to respond to me. If I do get a response it's just a generic response and never answers my specific questions or gives the specific progress detailed in respect of my case. They have taken no action on my case, despite being given instructions four weeks ago . They will not provide any explanation for the delay. Very disappointing. I would avoid all costs if you can

Woeful, if you ever try to have your money released from your pension even as a partial withdrawal be prepared for a long wait. Their processing times are terrible , takes 3 weeks for you to get your money.
When you can send money literally in seconds via a app and this lot take 3 weeks it means they are not fit for purpose.

Each time I have dealt with Megan Sparks in the Benefits Team, she has been extremely helpful, supportive and efficient. Thanks again Megan for setting an excellent standard. If this bank gets held of your pension funds, don't expect to get access in a hurry when needed.
They blame everybody except themselves for the delay. It took me 6 months!!.
I had to give them one star to be able to write this review.

In particular, I have been fortunate to deal with Louise Keane on a number of occasions.
