Ben and his team helped us out recently with a full health and safety review, and we were really impressed. They were thorough but easy to work with, which made the whole thing go really smoothly. Ben clearly knows his stuff when it comes to the rules and gave us advice that actually made sense for our setup. He was on the ball and picked up on things we’d never have thought of. It’s not often you come across someone that reliable and switched on—we’ll definitely be using him again.

We have been using H21 as our 'competent person' since 2022. They regularly check in and annually update our policies and Risk Assessments, but will also complete things ad hoc if they come up. H21 are very responsive to requests and support, and I'd definitely recommend them.
