I personally have had an awful experience with Alextra accountants. Unfriendly staff with a high turn over. I stayed with the company for 2 years often returns and both years I had issues. My student loan was missed off and I occurred late charges which I had to fund myself. Ashleigh ( who seems to be trainee) completely missed it off, which resulted in my getting looked into as there was missed payments.

The company didn't acknowledge this and didn't want to help either. Each year they would submit my accounts extremely late just given me a few days notice to pay my bills.

Once I left the company and went through the disengagement stages they hung up on the new accountant whilst I am going through a home application process extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. I wouldn't recommend this company.

The team always make sure they get back to you promptly if there are any questions.

I had a bit of a complex requirement in relation to my accounts and they handled it fantastically.
