Awful experience.

Richard Manion failed in the basic function of being a recruiter. I spent days preparing for an interview only to be informed I didn't match their requirements.

How can you fail to pick up on the basic requirements? The feedback was floury and Richard didn't have the decency to follow up on my thoughts.

Wasted every persons involvement and time.

Recruiter named Samera did not even bothered to respond my email Two times. Only after i wrote her reminder she said that position is already filled, despite available job posting. Very bad and arrogant attitude.
