I had to hire a van quickly to move my daughter to her new house, and contacted Anna Crutchley at Just Vehicle Solutions in Newark - the town where I live. Anna was able to assist me with getting a van for the following day, and when I arrived she was there to greet me by name, show me the very clean van, and take me through the process to start the hire. All the staff were extremely helpful, and Anna made sure that the van was topped up with adBlue before I drove off. Upon return a couple of days later, Anna again greeted me by name, and her colleague quickly did the inspection of the van, and off-hired it efficiently.
The whole process was pleasurable, with all questions answered, and nothing was too much trouble for Anna and her team.
I would not hesitate to hire a van from Just Vehicle Solutions again, in fact they are now my first call for any vehicle requirements in the future, simply due to the excellent customer service that I received.

From start to finish this company has being absolutely AMAZING. When I say they don't mess about I really mean it. I applied for a car with these guys and got accepted straight away. I collected my brand new Volvo within 7 days!!! Rob answers every phone call and keeps you updated every step of the way.

Easy booking and lovely service. The staff ensured that any marks were documented prior to me taking the van. Lovely van to drive, and the deposit was paid back within 48hours! Highly recommend
