Brilliant session!

at develop, we went for the live online training session on sexual harassment. Firstly with our leadership team and then with the wider business.

Gateway designed the training to reflect our policy and risk assessment. Our aim is to ensure develop is the best possible place to work and GatewayHR helped us to do just that.

Been working with Gateway for a while now and the peace of mind service they offer really does give you peace of mind. Their friendly approach is the cherry of top of their outstanding professional service too!

I’ve attended some training for a CMI Level 5 course and the 2 days I attended were brilliantly taught, and lunch was included to which was nice. I will certainly do more training through Gateway.

Overall they have been a big help and great support! Highly recommend!

We have been working with Gateway HR for about a year now and they are amazing. Before we signed up to their Peace of Mind package we were spending thousands of pounds with lawyers whenever we had any staff issues. now we pay a monthly fee and can contact them whenever we need for advice. Initially I was hesitant about not having one dedicated point of contact but Emma's team are all great, knowledgeable and friendly. It is completely seamless regardless of who we speak to. They know our business and offer excellent advice. We have saved a ton of money and got a brilliant service.

I'm enrolled in a CMI level 5 leadership & management course, currently about half way through the course. The guys in Gateway HR are doing their very best to make the training sessions enjoyable while ensuring some really good knowledge and information is passed on to us. I'm pleased to say the emphasis is not on preparing us to pass the assignments, the focus is on the actual learning and developing. The training sessions are interactive and filled with valuable content thanks to the great tutors/trainers Graham, Sally, Linda and Emma. Also the support from other people from Gateway like Ashleigh and Theresa is really good. I would recommend Gateway HR Corby to anyone wanting to invest in themselves through learning. 🙂
