After finding myself in excruciating pain I phoned Essential and was given an appointment the same day. Ben was thorough, professional and friendly. After three treatments I was pain free. As sometimes the case with my injury, I found myself in severe pain on the opposite side. Again I was given an appointment the same day and after one treatment I am now pain free. Cannot fault them and prices reasonable.

I went to see Holly due to injuring myself after taking up jogging. She was fantastic, very informative, friendly, and the gentle exercises she suggested really helped my calf muscle improve and I am back jogging. The exercises also helped running in a better way as I rdid un with the ball of my foot, and now use my heels which feels more natural and enjoyable. She didn't even laugh about my lack of muscles due to a lazy lifestyle!. I really recommend using Holly with any injuries, and will definitely use her skills again.
