Brought a 10 plate touran, said it had a full service / mot which it had, on the way home a warning light came on and I've had nothing but engine problems ever since. The Warrenty doesn't cover any of it, leaving me completely out of pocket from the work that I had been done before I brought the vehicle - as a single mum of 3 children - I just needed a safe car, and I've had to spend almost a grand it making the car safe(should not happen) although he has tried to help and paid 1 load of the cost back its just not enough when the warranty doesn't cover anything leaving me out of pocket on things that should have been done before selling. Would not buy a car from him again unfortunately. Completely upset and frustrated with the whole situation

I couldn't be happier with the car I purchased from Omar. I was living in Canada when I started my search as I needed a car for my return on the 11th November. Having contacted him he agreed to hold the car for a small deposit even though I offered more we agreed on £200 as he didn't want me to think he would just take my money and run!
I arrived at his garage on the Friday and together we went over the car of which I was happy except the passenger door wouldn't lock/unlock with the key, he offered to reduce the price.
I have now had the car for nearly 3 weeks and I really couldn't be happier. I did have to have a new battery but everything else is great, I travelled to the Midlands and back and driven lots of miles around my home town with absolutely no problems.
He is as honest as the day is long, to the point I overpaid in error and he contacted me to let me know and put the money in my bank.
If you are looking for a used car, contact Omar as he is truly the best used car dealer I have ever come across.

A really nice guy, the car I bought was in excellent condition as described. When making the final purchase days after the deposit he made the transaction so smooth, all the paperwork, history and warranty was all there. He’s extremely efficient and one of the most genuine sellers I’ve ever come across, would highly recommend.
