Extremely unprofessional, lied to us about the tenant she brought into our home . Left the house I. Big mess after he tenancy agreement expedited . Refused to pay for the damage. Never hire Sue or Sara for anything f related to real estate ! They are a mafia!

AVOID! An abysmal company that I had to have my tenancy under for 6 months. From start to finish, they were clueless, rude and arrogant. I was originally told my room was £480, then it was £500 on the contract so that should of been my warning sign. When I was given the keys to my room, the blind was mouldy, the mattress underneath was also mouldy to which they gave me a different mattress from another room with tobacco and papers stuck to it to which they told me needed a 'wipe'. UNDERSTATEMENT! Countless times I enquired about things to which Sara blatantly ignored me and when it was of importance she replied, I was told I should of tried speaking to her when she came around the house one time. IS SHE UNABLE TO REPLY WITH PROFFESIONALISM? I could go on and on but they cannot deal with lettings, they don't know their own contracts and it must be a circus in their office with them clowns.

Completely devastated. Applied for a property and was told to wait until the 1st of Aug for virwings. The day came I've called btightstart and I've been told it's already gone. Meanwhile I could have found other potential property's. Tried to explain my situation and all I kept getting told / lied to was that I never put in an application. If your going to lie to me at least make it believable. Avoid this entire agency
