Incredibly positive DSA assessment experience. My daughter was apprehensive and anxious in advance but her Assessor, Charlotte, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She'd taken the time to anticipate and look into what support might be appropriate in advance of our meeting. She gave us all the time necessary to explore options and find solutions and we came away feeling that we have an ally going forward.

Can't stress enough how professional the process has been with my daughter's application for DSA funding. She was immediately put at ease during her recent needs assessment, with everything being explained clearly in a really friendly manner, and when we emailed a couple of questions later, we straight away received a really friendly reply giving helpful advice. The report was provided really quickly and is very professional. Big thumbs up all round!
