Where do I start in reviewing this system they advertise as compatible and suitable with the Social Care and Residential industry?
The system is outdated in regards to regulations and information and will fail your Local Authority and CQC Inspections.

They miss-sell their product knowing it's not suitable for your business model and is the most unreliable system you will find, hence not being on the approved provider's list or NHS assurance register.

As a Systems Manager for a large private social care provider, stay well away. CQC advised us to move away from this system to protect the registration of the company.

Evidence attached from the main developer of the system who decided to leave also due to the system incapability's and aging software and material.

the app is clunky and slow - it keeps on crashing if the connection is not good enough. This does not happen with a browser. Many audits are not available, ABC behaviour charts are not accessible by staff using tablets. Resolution is not suitable for a laptop. If the user changes the display scale, it just crashes. I wasted a good part of my time as a manager fighting with this app. Stay away if you can.

Great system, easy to use and will save hours of your time in care planning and reviews. Automaticity generated assessment plan, makes sure that you never forget to include something. The fact that you can creat the assessment on your mobile phone whilst with a client, then finish on the Care Doc computer / laptop is a major plus. Compared to other systems, Care Docs is a reasonable price with great support.

We have switched to using Caredocs for a while and find it has fantastic features (specifically care planning and assessments).
It has a huge range of care and business benefits, that I can tailor to suit our specific needs.
One set fee and no hidden costs, great for budgeting.
Great support from a helpful and friendly team, from the initial enquiry to ongoing training and appropriate and helpful communications.
It is easy to see why the staff love using it as it improves their day and allows them more time to care whilst allowing me to ensure care is as it should be.
Fabulous audit tools, amazing evidence in support of Covid that supports all the expected outcomes in a Health and Social Care setting, user friendly and full of content policies and procedures.

Such a irresponsible company. Booked for a demo of the system we were waiting and the person never bothered to call. we tried to call the person who is looking after the area but every time a call is made he is buzzy. Looks like ignoring. I will never use this company who is so irresponsible...
