We chose William H Brown Yaxley for a reason, more specifically because of Paul. We first attempted to move back in 2023 but decided it wasn’t the right time. We first met Paul when he came to value our property. He was extremely professional, honest and above all a top bloke. We got a good really good vibe so decided to contact him for our recent move. We were introduced to Claudio and Ryan who were again, professional and friendly. They sold our house within a few days of it being on the market, that was the easy part 😀. It really hit the fan towards the end but I couldn’t have been more impressed by the way they all pulled together to get us moved. Paul pulled out all the stops, made himself available and kept me informed every step of the way. Inevitably things go wrong with moving but this is when you need your estate agents to react and they did not disappoint. Thankfully the issues we had were not ours but they still pushed everything forward. We used Peter, their mortgage advisor, who was absolutely brilliant. I don’t enjoy the finance part of moving but Peter explained everything clearly, gave some solid advice and assured me when I had concerns. This team really is the team you want behind you through one of the most stressful things you’ll ever go through. A big thank you to Paul, Peter, Claudio and Ryan.

We brought a house with William Brown and we can honestly say it was the best experience we’ve had. Claudio is just incredible at his job, the viewings were perfect, he gave us the space we need yet provided us with every element of detail we needed. He pushed through our purchase so quickly with magnificent communication. We only dealt with Claudio, but I am confident the rest of his team would be exactly the same. William H Brown Yaxley are a brilliant team. They sold my house within a month of putting it on the market during the Christmas and New Year Period for an amazing price--which impressed me greatly. Not only that, but their support during the selling process was excellent. I had a particular difficult buyer and their help and support got me through the entire process. It was my first time in 20 years dealing with an estate agent. Back then I remember it just being a toil. Not this time. Ryan, Paul, Claudio and Peter (still not met you) were just brilliant. Ryan suggested a solicitor, take his advice, because the one he suggested was amazing. He got me over the line in record time.
I can't fault this company and the team they have are brilliant.
I doubt I'll have to deal with them again because they helped to facilitate purchasing my dream.
