I would like to thank the team at FRM for helping me yesterday. My car had developed a battery issue and I was not sure of the cause of the problem. I phoned them to ask when they could run a battery check to be told bring it over straight away and we will check it for you. They quickly tested the battery and It needed replacing. they quoted me a very fair price and said I will get one on order come back today after you finish work and we will fit it straight away. what a can do approach, so many garages claim we are too busy you will have to come back some other time. The service was excellent from the initial phone call to carrying out the work. I will certainly use them for all my car servicing and my wife's car. Thanks FRM.

My first time using FRM. What a lucky find.
30,000 mile major service including wet timing belt change - you bet it’s going to be a big bill.
FRM came in £600 under the Main Dealer.
Dropped car off at 9:00 am and picked up courtesy car.
9:00 am following day - job done.
Office staff and the workers all very friendly making it a painless operation whilst they mugged my debit card.
Joking apart - first class and will be recommending to friends and family.

This was my first experience with FRM Automotive and I've been delighted with the outstanding service I experienced. I was kept informed of all necessary costs throughout. They saved me a significant amount of money excluding works that were deemed unnecessary. They also removed a nail and repaired my tyre at no extra cost. Sue was very helpful and friendly. She kindly offered to pick my car up from home and return it once works were completed. It's clear everyone at FRM is committed to serving their customers with excellence and ensuring they leave satisfied. Really pleased I got my car repaired with FRM and certainly highly recommend them.

I decided to have my car serviced and MOT'd here for the first time, after a family recommendation, and I was thrilled with the results. I have been using FRM for a number of years now for both my cars and vans Francis is a very knowledgeable, honest, no nonsense, no bull type of guy who employs a great team of lads. They always keep me informed during the diagnostic process of any potential issues and costs. They carry out the work to a very high standard and at very reasonable cost.
