Had a great time at the Jacobite Steam Train Experience yesterday. With Thanks to the drivers John (to Dumbarton) and Kevin and guide Rhona. Even though the coach was about 20 minutes later, we had a great day. 👍 will definitely travel with you at some point next year somewhere.

I went on the thorne travel Fort William jacobite train trip in September this year (2023). The arrangements with the seating on the coach and train was absolutely pathetic and otherwise disgusting. The guide or whatever she's called, the woman who was present on the coach as a representative from the company, gave our seats to her friends despite us having booked and paid for the specific seats in advance. Otherwise she screwed with the experience as we didn't get what we paid for in the slightest. The only reason it wasn't totally depressive, was the family being present. Totally disappointed and frustrated with this experience. We deserve a full refund, bare minimum.

Nothing less than perfect. Amazing friendly team who make sure you get what your looking for. Always welcomed with a smile even our wee Yorkie dog is made a fuss off. When you walk past the shop there is always a wave and a smile. Highly recommend Shona and Team Thorne. Thanks for our past and future holidays booked with Thorne Travel x

On my recent visit in to Thorne Travel to book a holiday away with my friends I was greeted by a very pleasant young gentleman called Craig. From start to finish he was exceptional in helping us select the right destination at the best possible price. No question we had for him was treated as being daft and he really did go that extra mile to make sure we understood exactly what we were booking. Insurance is a subject that my self and friends had zero understanding of but Craig showed tremendous patients going slowly through explaining why we needed it then helping us get the right insurance for the type of holiday we are going to embark on. I would highly recommend Thorne Travel and especially Craig who provided a 5star service.
