Purchased a car from Riverbank Motor Company. The guys went above and beyond, assisted with road tax change over and guided on change of insurance making this really simple and quick. The level of care and attention they provided was truly outstanding and having a warranty on a used car gave me piece of mind. So helpful. Very pleased with my car. Something happened whilst I was driving which made me worry so I contacted them and before I knew it, my car getting inspection/tested. My hubby was delighted with his car which was in immaculate condition. Everything about the sale was out of this world and all paperwork promptly completed by the staff. Car was delivered complete with half a tank of petrol and a new battery! Excellent service - highly recommended company who really go above and beyond for customers!

Great wee company, how car sales should be, no pressure to buy, cars unlocked so you can look inside without someone breathing down your neck. Even brought car to my house as I didn't have insurance sorted. Allen is a really nice guy and easy to deal with. Excellent service

Been going here since the business began many many years ago. The team are very pleasant to deal with, no pushy sales patter. Today in particular I had recommended a friend who was looking for a dealer he could trust, he had been looking for a while and was put off from others who were pushing for sales. The team at Riverbank, looked after my friend, gave him all the time he needed to feel comfortable and allowed him to make a good educated decision on a car for himself. I really appreciate the team here every time I visit even if I don't buy anything, I'm not made to feel unwelcome or as if I'm time wasting. They're patience with me has served well over the years as I have bought 3 cars from here previously, also recommended my my family, friends and several colleagues from work who have never had any issues with their purchases.
