The process was was explain in full and put me at ease with a quick turn around. The documents could easily be uploaded from my mobile with an adviser walking me through it at the same time and letting me know right away when my documents were revived. Very helpful very efficient and very careing.

I found myself in a bad debt situation due to circumstances outwith my control and despite working extremely hard to reduce the debt to a more manageable level with my new life circumstances, I just found myself borrowing off Peter to pay Paul. The situation wasn’t good and I found myself swallowing pride and contacting Trust Deed Scotland. They were wonderful. They listened to me and my circumstances. They then reworked my debt so I could still pay it, but at a more manageable level. The team were very professional and positive all the way through the process. I’m now so much more relaxed and still paying my debts. I can’t thank them enough for the help they’ve given me.

Fantastic experience with the Scottish Trust Deed team & the Harper McDermott guys. They were super friendly, extremely professional & very sensitive to a difficult situation. They explained everything in great detail but in such a way that you knew exactly where you stood with the proceedings. Everything was dealt with & signed within 2 weeks of the first call - they were in constant contact every step of the way, answering all questions & calming all fears.
