I can't speak highly enough about Ross. We offered on a house and needed a Decision in principle within a few days. Ross rang me within 20 minutes of me enquiring. He was able to process our application quickly and get us a decision in principle within 24 hours. We had an issue with inheritance at the beginning of the mortgage application and Ross was incredibly supportive and helpful in sorting out this issue including handling all the steps involved.
