ROOF Leaked - would not pay out. They were going to send their own company, but I decided to use someone local after confirming with them it would be ok. When I sent the invoice they refused to pay. Apparently wind or rain has to be a certain speed/volume (not shown in their handbook by the way, no you have to have a crystal ball to know its in their Online policy handbook) at a certain time, for it to qualify. So if wind blows tiles off/ or moved etc and you dont know and the first you know is rain coming into your bedroom 2 weeks later that doesn't count. I thought insurance (and I have a premium policy) would cover you for things out of your control, for peace of mind. Isn't that what 'Insurance' means 🤔. Sure makes you worry if something more serious happened if they would pay out. Now I'm really worried because I dont know what to do to ensure I'm properly covered. I dont feel I can trust any Insurance company.

Never had to make a claim with Admiral insurance so no comments to make on that score. However I received a very uncompetitive renewal quote and decided to cancel my automatic renewal. They make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to simply cancel your renewal. Wasted 50 minutes of my life trying to navigate around their website to carry the simple task of cancelling my renewal. They constantly redirect you to either call or message one of their customer service people which most of the time turns out to be a virtual assistant. After 45 minutes going a round in circles eventually got through to a human being on chat and offered me a reduction of £150. No! just offer me a decent renewal price in the first place. Gone to Aviva after my wife's positive experience with them following a no fault accident claim. Won't be using them again

Never had any problems with the breakdown cover, but your retentions process is annoying. It's 2025, I should be able to cancel online and within a minute. Hostile design loses you points.

Firstly, I believe the settlement amount offered for my car was unfair and below its true market value. This has left me at a financial disadvantage, as I cannot replace my vehicle for the amount paid out. I expected a fair valuation that reflected the actual worth of my car at the time of the incident.

Secondly, throughout the process I had to repeatedly chase updates, making numerous calls to your team. This lack of proactive communication added unnecessary stress and prolonged the claim process.

Finally, the entire situation was already very traumatic due to the incident itself. Instead of supporting me during a difficult time, your handling of the claim made the experience significantly worse. I felt neglected and unsupported by a company I trusted to protect me.

This company is no longer trusted . Dont waste your money ensuring with them

They cancelled my policy when I was out of country for the reason that I give them fake information. I asked them to send me an email what proofs they wanted as I had all of them but they never answer me back. After 3 days I received an email that my policy was cancelled and I wasn’t able to do insurance with them and 4 more companies again. The worst customer service because of this now I’m getting trouble to find an insurance company.

Tried to discuss how I would go about renewing my home insurance policy and then moving house a month later. The fees to do so were more than the cost of the policy and the operator I dealt with was inflexible and extremely unhelpful so I have gone elsewhere with better customer service. I do not recommend this company.

You will be charged for your time on cover, but we will remove the cancellation charge of £60.00 and the hardware charge of £17.00. After cancelling your policy, we will write to you again to tell you if there is any refund/payment due to you based on what you have paid us to date.

Insurance companies will often ask if customers have had insurance cancelled. You must declare this to other insurers, which may affect the premium they offer or their ability to offer you cover. Once the policy has been cancelled, we will stop collecting the LittleBox Pod data as explained in the 'Cancellation of your insurance policy' section of the LittleBox Pod Guide.

(today I receive this letter threatening me about £3 they cancelled my insurance. They cancelled the debit they cancel everything and they are still threatening me? I will device you to run for your life. This company will destroy everything you work for ruin you your life.)

I’ve been with Admiral 8 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever had. A simple vehicle and plate change took over an hour on the phone because their systems kept crashing. I was told everything was sorted, got an email confirmation, only to find out a month later my car wasn’t even insured.

This is beyond shocking. I could’ve been fined, given points, or had my car seized, all thanks to their incompetence. Admiral’s systems are a joke, their online account never works, and their lack of proper communication puts customers at serious risk.

Sort it out.
