Called Picot utilities as I was experiencing drainage issues. Dan arrived on time and during the whole experience, ensured I was up to date with what he was doing and spoke to me in plain terms so I could fully understand what the issues were.

Dan provided thorough information and options for how to go about getting everything sorted and later, Louis promptly sent over the drawn diagrams of my house/ drainage system and walked me through what the next steps might look like. Really professional and personal response from the whole team. Everyone was very organised and on the ball. Looking forward to working with them going forward to ensure everything gets fixed, as I know it will be an easy and streamlined experience.

Used Picot to replace a water main. A lot of corrosion around its exit from the concrete floor. Found them on the water safe website. From Call to completion was pretty much faultless. I wasn’t really sure what to expect on the cost. Saw some rough estimates on line that were way off!! Had two quotes one to do a part replacement & one for a total replacement. Went with the replacement as the price was well under what I expected. The team sent to do the job were great. Tidy, Professional and despite the job being a bit of a pig they completed it without fuss. Not one for reviews but sometimes the smaller companies give far better service and if you need this kind of service I’d recommend them.

Water leaks are a pain especially when the leak is at your elderly mother’s. From the first call with Louis I knew we were in safe hands. The appointments were arranged quickly, the team arrived promptly,sorted the leak with professionalism including the work both outside and inside the house. Louis and the team are fantastic! Picot were suggested to me through our local Facebook page. They're over 30 miles away and I wasn't sure if they would come out to us. I initially spoke with Louis in a bit of a panic and he explained the process of sourcing our water leak, from a lead pipe, and what they could do to help. They made the area safe so we could continue our holiday and came back to finish the job when we were home. These are the kind of jobs you never want to have to deal with but Louis made it really simple for us, and took the stress out of everything. The lads work like trojans, in all weather's! Leak on the mains water supply fixed.
We had an underground leak on the mains water pipe between the water meter leading to the property. The Picot team are well experienced and professionals. The issue was identified and fixed robustly.
The job undertaken was to a very high level and great standard. Well pleased with the service provided. Well definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely 5 Star! The Team were brilliant, Polite, Professional, and so tidy with the work they carried out, keeping everything to minimal disruption for me. They found my leak, repaired it and put everything back (mainly my patio) and you would never know they had been, they were also very good with their price.

We were referred to Louis by a plumber who could not deal with the complexity of our mains leak. He responded quickly, provided and estimate, and sent his team out within a few working days. They fixed it and were really helpful explaining the job. Given the expertise and promptness of their work, the bill was fair (plumbers ain’t cheap!!). Would definitely trust and recommend this firm.
