Brilliant service, been with Pennywise/PhIl Sims from my previous purchase and stayed with them for this new one. I could not have been happier with the service provided, there where multiple complications (not caused by them) which lead to 3 different properties attempted to be purchased over an 18 month period. No complaints with the amount of work they had to do for me to secure a property. always friendly, helpful and professional.

Although the purchase was long and complicated and they kept me informed with regular updates. the obtaining of the mortgage was quick and effiecent.

No completion, no fee was also great for peace of mind especially with the first two properties falling through!
