My property manager, Liberty, has been nothing short of outstanding—she always responds to my questions promptly and with great patience, making me feel fully supported at every stage. No matter how small the issue, she is always approachable and ready to help, which gives me a real sense of peace of mind as a tenant.

On top of that, Beau went above and beyond to assist me when I first moved in, even kindly helping me carry my heavy luggage. Such thoughtfulness and genuine care are rare to find and truly make a huge difference when settling into a new place.

BEWARE! Left the flat spotless, yet this company still charged a significant portion of the deposit for petty, inexpensive “repairs.” They know their main customers are students, young, busy, and unlikely to challenge unfair charges, and they exploit that fully. Every dispute was dismissed without consideration. For students who often rely on financial support, losing this money is unjust and unacceptable.

Sadly dealings with this company who were the lettings agent for my sons tenancy for one year whilst at university were disappointing and totally unprofessional. I would be very, very wary of using them and would make sure to take lots of photos from day one of the tenancy and when leaving the property to ensure you have evidence when it comes to claiming the deposit back.
