School car had an issue and off road so was feeling very stressed then I spoke to Natasha Cole she was absolutely lovely , her amazing customer service , and fantastic humour soon had me laughing . The price she quoted was reasonable but if she had doubled it I may have paid simply because of her attitude. I’m old and not great with technology but again instead of pushing she laughed , no stress no pushing no re buff . Thank you so much Natasha policy wave are lucky to have you , I really hope I get you on future renewals , you are amazing xx

Totally disgusting, what a let down was given a price then my previous broker contracted them and when I rang up for the policy they said they changed there minds and doubled the quote saying you are already with the same insurance company but you never asked me that information when you quoted me. Don't worry will be sending all the information to the financial ombudsmen so they can listen to the calls also. Wish I read the reviews before contracting them.

Absolutely robbing company they have robbed me blind. If you want to change your vehicle they will charge you regardless even if it’s a smaller car if you call them for anything they will charge and when you decide you want to cancel they will try charge you extortion amounts for cancellation. £900 for 2 months they are charging me. I highly recommend staying away from this company will never use again

Joined PolicyWave for my driving instructor insurance but sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, I could no longer continue with the career path. I contacted the customer service team to let them know I'd no longer be instructing (as the insurance is invalid with tuition) and was told I'd need to pay several different fees. I was 3 days outside of the cooling-off period and after having the insurance for 17 days, was hit with a cancellation fee of over £330! I explained that I was 3 days over the cooling-off period but it didn't matter, nor were they interested. So now, I've ended up paying double for insurance which wasn't needed and was never used. Team leader is the only person that can provide information on my policy but in never available and never returns call. So would avoid at all costs. My policy was from the 13th of December it was just over £500 I paid a £106 deposit. Then a change of car was £181. An installment of £65. Then you say I still owe £76. That's for 2 months cover on a 12 month policy that at term would have been around £700 if I hadn't needed to cancel due to no longer having the car. The calculation sent isn't correct either
