Sameea Zia handled my case, which unfortunately took longer than expected to reach a conclusion. However, Sam was exceptionally proactive on my behalf, successfully pushing for a change in my MOD case handler midway through the process. From that point on, things progressed more smoothly, and the case concluded with a positive outcome that I was satisfied with.

Throughout the entire process, Sam was polite, attentive, and consistently quick to respond. Her professionalism and dedication were evident from start to finish.

Had phone call from sam at M&S law amazing service sam has been great in dealing with the payment matters and promptly sorting everything quickly thanks again sam for email on funds and keeping me up dated, M@S law have been outstanding in sorting my hearing claim out for loss of hearing from the MOD.
