I used to have 4 insurances with this company, for my 4 coffee shops. When my businesses went bankrupt I tried to cancel the insurance by asking to cancel the policy with my company name (rather than each individual shop) as it had gone bust, but they apparently never did. Wasn’t charged for months and then all of a sudden I had 3 months taken including the month of April which they refuse to rehimburse me even tho it’s the 1st of April!!
The guy I spoke on the phone, Marcus send me an email confirming that a specific shop was now closed but when I sent an email asking for confirmation that all policies were now terminated I have had no response.

Avoid them at all costs. They didn’t take any money from me for months and now they took several months at once! They are dishonest and con artists.

Great company to deal with! Not pushy at all and super friendly They approached me with their offer for business insurance and offered the same cover as our previous insurer for £600 less. There was no hassle with filling in information it was very quick and clear and they clearly understand the needs of small businesses. Ella Pyle who contacted us was great.

Brilliant Insurance company . Renewal prices haven't been up like some companies. This is a no nonsense great company. Gave a really cool gift when I joined last year.
