Went to Meridian after seeing a Freedom caravan advertised on their website.
What a great experience!
We were encouraged to view other models on display but it only re-affirmed the one we liked to start with. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure to buy - but we did!
Mike and Charly agreed to deliver our new- to-us van and once here showed us how everything worked (Mike had already sent a video explaining everything we needed to know to get started)
Reassuring to know we have a guarantee should we need it and can return to get it serviced by a Freedom dealer.
Meridian is a family company and the whole experience was very positive.
Can’t wait to go away in it

What a lovely family run business!
I took my little Freedom Caravan home armed with info and videos! The video for hitching up and use of the motor mover has been invaluable! Have had 2 nights away locally to get used to her (Frieda) and am off to Cornwall this week. I’ll be in touch soon!

We had a Freedom caravan which we had bought from Stafford with a warranty. Our solar panel didn't work and we contacted Mike at Meridian as he was much closer to our home. Everyone at Meridian was super-helpful, helping with a few other niggles too. Highly recommended!

After 30 years of roaming the UK and Europe in campervans we decided to switch to a small caravan and car to give us more mobility at campsites. Our caravan of choice was a Freedom Jetstream so we visited Meridian Motorhomes at Chichester.
They could not have been more helpful giving us comprehensive details and access to several models while putting us under no pressure to buy.
We decided to buy a second hand Freedom Jetstream which Meridian had valeted and serviced so that it looked like new. Mike at Meridian gave us complete instructions on how everything worked and helped get us on the road for our trip home.
Mike was particularly helpful in taking on board the sale of my old campervan.
We are very satisfied with Meridian’s service all round.

Fabulous business offering Motorhome rentals with no limitation on mileage.
Really great customer service.
Very helpful videos explain everything you need to know to operate your motorhome so that as newbies, we felt confident and reassured to use the van.
Well equipped with everything we needed for our 9-day trip.
A wonderful holiday closer to nature or a really good opportunity to test out van-life before making the commitment to purchase. Either way, Meridian can help.
Our first morning back home, my husband said, "I miss the van."

Just collected our Autotrail Nuovo from Mike and his Mum. The service provided as we are new to campers, was exemplary, helping us to make the right choice for our needs taking into account our dog. They arranged to have solar panel installed and even fitted buckle point for our dog. So many extras included with van that would have cost us hundreds to obtain, that had been left by previous owner. The videos Mike did to explain everything provide us with confidence to hit the road straight away. Great people who from our experience operate a very customer focused business and will be returning to get our annual inspections done.

Highly recommend Meridian. Touring in my MH full time, finding Meridian last year has been a Gift. Mike is a true Problem Solver. We have presented a number of challenges - from faulty Rear Cameras, Plumbing issues, faulty Hab Door locking mechanism - to - An issue with the Alde heating (to name a few). Without exception I have been impressed with his work.
The many years of experience & knowledge gained with this Family Business are obvious. Skilled, Methodical, Swift, Transparent, Honest, and good value for money.
