Gavin and his team have been very helpful. They have found me excellent deals for gas and electricity, and when there was another deal available, they were able to transfer me on to that deal smoothly.
They regularly send emails and updates, and also remind me to send meter readings.
I truly recommend them for finding energy deals, and their service has been excellent.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. As new tenants trying to get our unit up and running, our experience with Business Utility Services Ltd has been an absolute nightmare. They have failed to complete the most basic task of getting electricity into the unit, and have caused us constant setbacks. We’ve had to chase this up ourselves multiple times, without even the courtesy of a phone call or proper update from their team. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability is appalling. Their incompetence has cost us valuable time, and a significant amount of money. Totally unprofessional and completely unfit for commercial work. Avoid this company at all costs, they will let you down when it matters most.

I really don't know where to start with this unprofessional company and the director Gavin. From the start we have been fed with lies that our electricity is getting switched on. On a daily basis he has been telling lies about our electricity getting switched on, until yesterday when we called EDF direct, they told us that you electricity will only get switched on after 10 working days from 22nd of July.

Once we approached Gavin, he decided to go all legal on us saying that the reviews we have left are baseless. He is refusing to deal with us and threatening to send invoices for the work he has done. Also now he is demanding that we pay the outstanding bill left by the previous tenants in order for him to switch our electricity. After 3 weeks of backwards and forwards, we are still at the same position due to lies from Gavin. I'd advise anyone that is willing to use his firm, to do due diligence. I'm sure there are a lot more competent firms out there.
