We switched over to Complete from our previous building facilities management company over a year ago and they have honestly been a breath of fresh air and very proactive on issues (they have shown how poor our previous company really was!). Darren and his team engage with the directors / property owners / residents regularly and are always on hand, plus take the time to understand what the multiple owners / residents of the building want achieving. Complete have more than achieved on what was expected from the start of the contract, our buildings have honestly never looked so good or been well looked after. I would personally not hesitate in recommending Complete, there is a number of bad facilities companies out there and Complete is definitely not one of them!

I've owned a property in a building managed by Complete for nearly 8 years. Everyone who has lived in the flat has commented on how clean, well managed and secure the building is. When I originally bought the property my solicitor commented the thoroughness of the management information provided. They are proactive and effective in managing the building day to day, resolving issues and planning maintenance with great communication to residents and owners. They provide effective and transparent management of the finances for the building. I have always received quick, friendly and effective responses from all the team.

Manage our block of flats and always found them to be professional and helpful. More importantly, they respond quickly to any queries. I like the way as a landlord, you are allowed to get involved in budget review meetings and have a say as to where the money should be spent with regards to improvements to the site and building. The owner, Darren, is approachable and welcomes these discussions when we meet up every 6-12 months.

As with previous reviewers, I would like to point out that I am not related to any member of the Complete management team, nor I am I connected with them in any way other than as a user of their services.

The development where I live was previously managed by RGM (Residential Management Group) and despite paying high management charges, nothing was done other than the bare essentials. The development became run down and scruffy. When the residents discovered that we were able to appoint our own choice of Managing Agents, after some research, we appointed Complete Property Management in January 2017.

The change over the first year has been amazing, despite paying a slightly lower maintenance fee the property has been transformed. The public areas have been redecorated, the building has been cleaned and the gardens improved. Health and Safety assessments have been carried out and numerous smaller items attended to.

The Complete team are always on hand to answer residents questions and concerns, they visit the site regularly and carry out remedial actions in a timely manner. Their approach is professional, yet friendly and are always willing to help.

Daren and his team have done a great job for us in less than a year and I would recommend Complete Property Management to anyone looking for a proactive Management company.

I have had experience with many property management companies but Darren and his team at Complete are one that stand out.
They go above and beyond to find favourable but fair solutions for the leaseholder who they correctly always view as their clients/customers . A very recent example is how the Complete team handled the EWS1 situation at a property they manage where I am a leaseholder. Regular updates were sent about the several avenues they were investigating to get a positive solution for the leaseholders. Unfortunately, other management companies have not approached this issue like this and have used it as a means to make a quick profit. I have used Complete's emails as a basis to question and query at least 2 other property management companies in regards to their approach to EWS.
This week all leaseholders at the property received positive news about the EWS situation and this is all down to the hard work Darren and his team were doing behind the scenes. Thanks all!
