The product they sent is of exactly this quality. They sent garbage and there are missing products in other products. I am not satisfied at all and I do not recommend it.

Ok I've read all of the escape clauses but be aware. I purchased a vacuum, which is inoperable as it is electric and there is no charger - it was nothing like the pictures take a look. It was basically somebody's DIRTY, USED, OLD vac they had thrown through the auction to some unsuspecting punter , me. I was lead to believe this was over stock , returned item etc..clearly not - dont buy I was ripped off !

Always been hit and miss with items bought. But when they claim that items are delivered for parcels within 5 working days and pallets within 10. Don't hold your breath on this. Customer service is non existent. No-one replies to emails and your left in limbo to when you will actually receive your items. Shocking company

Bought some items of these . My Daughter went to collect was not there rang them. They said would put in office for me . Went again no items so messaged.My Daughter went as I have poorly husband as she had bought items once again mine wasn't there . They are now saying it's my own fault not checking invoice which obviously I did and they responded saying they was going to the warehouse ... Business with these people is done for me . Rude ignorant and certainly not professional . No people skills at all

I bought some items on sunday auction dated 07-09-2025 went there to collect on 10-09-2025 went to the office payed at 11.06 am i waited for more almost 3 hours many people who came after me got their items and i kept waiting it was only 10 small items went to the admin as well after 1 hour was told to keep waiting also tried to ask the guys who bring the stuff out but the wouldn't even talk they were ignoring and finally said everything is systematic wait. I would suggest dont waste your time going there people have other stuff to do as well they expect customers to keep waiting.

I purchased and paid for several items, but I have not received all of them. Specifically, the items from Lot 430 and Lot 458 were never delivered.

I contacted the company to ask about the missing items but have not received a clear solution yet. This is very frustrating as I have already paid in full and expected to receive everything I bought.

I hope the company can improve their delivery process and communication with customers, as this experience has been very disappointing.

I have actively bid and purchased from six auctions,
Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. General Sales.

Firstly I want to say that the items are hugely discounted on the starting price.
Ultimately you are in control of what you think an item is worth and how much you are willing to pay 🫣

The first auction was blind and I was totally trusting the Image / description.

Living locally I was able to pay and collect the items in person.

After reading some of the reviews I was unsure what to expect as far as friendly or customer service goes!! 🤔 however I was greeted by a friendly group of people that took my payment, arranged for the items to be brought to me, and went the extra mile by explaining the products for auction can be returns, surplus stock and so on.... The items I had purchased were in perfect condition, a bargain.

Advised that I could view the items before the auction, I was then shown to where the next auction lots were.

Not being accustomed to how the lots worked," warehouse " I cautiously asked an employee who was working away doing the next auction updates.
Despite having a time restraint job to fulfill, he explained the system of the lot numbers and the product/products assigned to it, when I saw some lights,
I was informed that It is possible to check them.
Massive bonus.

Over the six auctions there have been a couple of issues with the item not being what the description states, this is not something that is obvious when the items are sealed.

When I advised of an item that was not the described item 😲 "appraisal and viewing recommended" springs to mind. T&C (I did neither of these on this particular item)
I was however re-embursed the cost of my £2.00 bid anyway, not that I was bothered for the sake of two pounds, "expected item v received item" did make me laugh 😂👍😁 to be fair it is more of a frustrating situation for the business.

The moral of the story is check what you are buying!! there are some fantastic bargains to be purchased.

As for customer relations!!
I can only comment on what I have experienced personally and to what I have observed over the six auctions.
The staff have a lot of work to complete and despite this are still friendly and accommodating.

I really don't know why this place get so many bad reviews! They offer good value for someone looking to make some extra money reselling however you must remember it's an auction so buyer beware! I usually view items before I buy, but if I don't I just accept its a risk... I've had some great deals from here and made £££££ make sure you view and don't assume things are new and you'll be fine! There is sometimes a bit of a wait to collect but I can deal with that.
