Well what can I say. Wrote to Pearl in June 2020 regarding two very old family policies that matured in 1930 but have never been claimed. My letter was never responded to. A second letter again no response. After three phones in July, September and October, where I repeated information several times, I finally got the proceeds of these policies, £10 each. I had spent £28 getting death certificate copies. A similar policy paid £94 in 2008. My issues are the time to settle something ie June to November the number of repeat calls and the ludicrous return. Good job I didn’t need the money. Add to that the man hours Pearl spent researching and replying what a waste of everybody’s time.

Made a claim on a parent life policy. Spoke to a nice gent, sorry for my loss and said monies would be in my account in 3 to 5 days. Now 15 days, no payment. Funeral to pay for, and can no longer get though on the phone. Poor service.

I needed to change my details and had to do it by phone from Australia and I found the person I spoke to very helpful and efficient. Return on investment not so crash hot after being taken over by AMP.

I am very disappointed with your service

I have been kept on hold for the last 25 minutes waiting for a response from a member of staff
And all I kept getting was a message saying I could go on line with my query. If that is what I wanted to Di I would have done that in the first place.

Love it parking lots of it car boot on sundays garden senter so big everything you need and a cafeteria
