Thank you Irby Motors for all your help in finding my new car. You were so thoughtful, helpful and professional. Particular thanks to John, who went that extra mile, and was so kind. But also Bill and James for their advice. It was the first time driving an automatic, but you were very encouraging and made the experience so easy for me. After a couple of months looking for a car and a few main deals who had let us down badly . We found a little fiat 500 for my daughter. Chris was helpful on the day and everyone involved was hands on to helping us get the car to a top standard. Without asking Harry told me the car had to have the Camble changed this is not a quick job. Then as I work quite a distance away the car was delivered to my house by the guys. I spoke to Bill and thanked him for his great service as to which he replied thank you for your custom. I would highly recommend this small personal garage to all my friends in the future well done to all .

The team have looked after my much loved mazda over the past two years doing its MOT's. The advice and care I received when I decided to change my car was second to none . After having 3 really bad experiences at other car dealerships I went to Irby Motors bracing myself for more of the same- cars that hadn’t been cleaned, over enthusiastic sales pitch of both the car and other extras such as finance, warranty, wheel protection etc. Instead, I was allowed to look around the well presented cars at leisure knowing where to find Harry who knew loads about the car I decided to test drive. On returning I was advised to go for a coffee to think it over before buying. No pressure at all, car is in perfect condition has a full MOT, service and comes with 3 months warranty and I know if any problems arise I can return and they will be sorted. Harry and Bill are mechanics not salesmen and that’s what makes Irby Motors a great place to buy a car from, strongly recommend

I’m sooo glad I found my second car at Irby motors as everything down to underneath the bonnet was spotless and I’m obsessed!! For a second hand car, it has that new car feeling because it was so well serviced and thoroughly valeted before I bought it. The process was so quick especially because I couldn’t wait to drive my new car away. Would highly recommend Irby Motors if you are looking to purchase a second hand car. From the moment we stepped onto the forecourt to picking up the car we received a fantastic stress free customer service.
Despite being a 61 plate, the car was handed over looking almost like new and we had the added comfort of knowing it had been through the garage to ensure its road worthiness, supplied with an advisory free MOT and also a 3 month warranty.

I wanted to buy my next car from Irby motors because I know people who have bought cars from them and they have all been extremely happy with the service and care they got from all the staff. I wasn’t disappointed, my first contract was with Bill, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and advised what would be best suited to me. I recently spotted a Honda on the site, I contacted Bill, we arranged a test drive and I was excited to have found the car I wanted, Bill arranged for the car to be fully valeted, it was given a service and mot. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect for me and it was. I picked the car up today and Harry helped me with taxing the car. The service has been first class from start to finish. I would highly recommend Irby Motors for their care and customer service. Thank you.
