Nick was recommended to me by Mass & Co when I needed a structural survey on a property. The survey was specifically to provide advice on the extent and cause of damage to cracked walls and to recommend the best cause of action. I found Nick to be very helpful and amiable. The survey was done within a week of initial contact and the corresponding report arrived the same evening. I was impressed that Nick had considered the topography of the area and the pros and cons of the type of bricks used in the property. The report was clear and easy to understand with justification as why Nick had come to the conclusions he had. He was also happy to answer the questions I had after reading the report. I would highly recommend Nick Cooke & Associates to anyone looking for a structural survey and a first class service. Many thanks.

I had a boundary wall issue and contacted Nick for his advice . As it was an urgent matter nick made himself available , and came straight round to my home . He is extremely knowledgeable and a nice guy ! I received the advice I needed and was able to act accordingly

We were introduced to Nick by a friend and we’re so happy we were. We were in need of a structural engineers report on our property to satisfy comments on a valuers report from our lender. He was very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and calming at a time which was quite stressful. He booked us in as soon as he was free and his subsequent report was both prompt and easy to read for those of us who are not experts. Nick did a really fantastic and thorough job for us in completing our house survey. He was really conscientious about the whole process and clearly had our best interests in mind with both the report itself, and the actions he recommended afterwards. Nick continued to support us, give us advice and provide us with contacts for other relevant professionals for a number of weeks after his official role was over, all at no extra cost. And he was always willing to speak to us on the phone or answer our emails whenever we had an additional query. His whole service was extremely professional and not only showed his vast experience in his work, but also his care for his clients. I would absolutely recommend him to any future customers.

I commissioned Nick to help me with a dispute I had with a builder regarding the structural integrity of a recently constructed retaining wall along the side of my property. Nick performed a survey and wrote a report which was sufficiently comprehensive to secure a full refund of costs from the builder, thereby saving me the trouble and expense of seeking a recovery through the Courts.
