Having had my kitchen fitted by Utopia a few years ago I was looking to get my study fitted out. Had a few quotes from Sharps, Howdens etc but so glad I went back to Utopia! They explained they don’t usually design office spaces - but I’m over the moon with my new office! It’s exactly how I imagined it to look! You can’t beat the quality of the cupboards and when fitting they offer advice which makes such a difference to the end result - for example they suggested not to put a handle on the office cupboard as it would knock into the radiator and mark it- I thought I’d remember but on day one I’d have smashed the door into the radiator! Can’t fault the design team, delivery, communication, fitting and check out the end result 😍

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and a year on it still looks gorgeous. We had been researching for a few months and we had quotes from mainstream kitchen retailers to high end bespoke kitchen suppliers. We were so pleasantly surprised with the attention to details and the care that Rick and James put in designing the kitchen. And we were mostly surprised by the affordability for the quality and service we received. I would recommend Utopia to anyone looking for a high end kitchen without the price of a designer one. We also had our TV media cabinets built by Utopia and couldn’t be happier.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen from Utopia, which has more than met our expectations and totally changed our kitchen. A slick and co-ordinated operation with good communication from concept to finish of installation. Richard and Simon could not do enough, their installation supply chain team were brilliant especially Christian (kitchen fitter) and Neil (electrician). We could not fault them, coupled with the fact as part of the installation process a WhatApps group was set up for the project team. We would not hesitate to recommend Utopia.

Utopia are incredible and we recommend them unreservedly.

- Cost: We went into the process assuming that a bespoke kitchen would be the most expensive option, but this was far from the case. Utopia beat all of their competitors and, for what we wanted, were actually not much more expensive than the chain brands for far superior quality.
- Design: Simon was incredibly generous with his time, making several visits and hosting us at Utopia to complete our design. His expertise means that we got a kitchen which looks beautiful and has all of the features we required.
- Project management: This is a team which works well together. They created a WhatsApp group with all of the people involved in our project and the process was very smooth. All of the tradesmen were highly professional and clearly experts in their crafts.
- Aftercare: They took great care to resolve any snags and did so with patience. Delays (on our end due to other suppliers) were worked around.

Overall, we could not have asked for a better service and know that if we need a new kitchen in the future, we will turn to Utopia.

The whole Utopia team have been fantastic from start to finish and we are so delighted with our end product. The design process was very collaborative and the team listened to what we wanted and came up with a brilliant initial design that we then tweaked to get exactly what we wanted. This was part of a wider house project (which was inevitably delayed) and the Utopia team were super flexible on when they managed to fit the kitchen itself. Finally, the quality of the kitchen is easily the best we have had and we are so so pleased with it. I’d highly recommend Utopia to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

My second kitchen from Utopia. My first was 12 years ago. And very little has changed, other than there is now even more valuable experience within the Company. Always Great attention to detail and making sure every step of the way that I was fully involved and briefed and updated about progress. Nothing too much bother and no great sense of rushing me to make the decision to proceed until I was fully satisfied with the composition of the kitchen. In a block of apartments, they were also very aware of the need to be considerate of close neighbours. Always a big decision but very pleased indeed that I chose Utopia once again. The no risk choice. A small space which needed their creativity to get the best results.

The kitchen fitter Christian was pleasure to have in our home for more than 2 weeks. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is genuinely excellent!
