Absolutely ridiculous company with holding my partners wage due to accident that wasn't his fault. Hes got a family to feed and no one wants to help. Avoid working here if you wanna work for free. You speak to the same person over and over again and now they are body shaming him saying hes to fat to work. Still haven't sorted his wage out. The company steals parcels they've even got there own what's app group. I will carry on writing reviews till someone will listen!!!

I have applied to work here and undergone a background check on 4th December. Everything went fine however I'm sat here a month later with nobody get in touch like they are suppose to. I've clicked on the link in the app several times and it does not encourage anyone to get in contact with me. I've seen no legal contact yet and have not seen half the paperwork I signed for. Manual handerling ect. They make you tick the boxes but have failed to provide all paperwork. It's obviously a con if you don't want me reading the paperwork. I suspect there's a few added costs they don't tell you about. That why they didn't want someone like me starting the job. Treating people as though they are too stupid to read. Not a good start really. I don't think I'm interested in the job anymore. It's so dodgy. Any other job would have started me by now and I know there's nothing wrong with my background check because I have previously been DBS checked for Asda. My advice is don't believe a thing they say until you see it in a contract which you won't. Its a dodgy mess on purpose.

STAY AWAYYY!! Absolutely Terrible company would never imagine a professional company to be conducted in such an awful way. I would completely avoid this company unless you want to chase payments that are owed to you or billed a completely unfair amount for very minor things. They owed me a wage for a month now and they still have no payed me I have been trying to chase them but they don’t like to answer instead they send you to voicemail and when you call other departments they say there in 3/4 hour long meetings which I find hilarious. The team are no help they ignore calls and try there best no to pay you and the management is the worst. STAY AWAY!! Absolutely awful management. This company are just professional scam artists who like to steal money from there workers any way they can it’s just a big money making scheme so they can extort you be very careful always read the fine lines or you will be in there debt.

This business should be closed down done nothing but rip workers off!!!!! all there vans are scrap when you first get them stuff falling off them like back light covers ect and your getting charged for them instead off bodging them back like the supervisors insist you do lol they sent me a wage slip for 5 days and it was 0.00 total net pay Said I hadn’t worked that week but if I had 7 days off I’m sure they would have got rid off me and now theve sent me 90 pounds back for my 500 pound van rental I’ve payed absolute joke thought ide give it a try this year enjoyed the job itself it was everything that came with it wages, supavisors, office staff all poor from the get go and very rude individuals

AVOID!!!!!!!! If only u could give a minus.... very Badly run company with a rude unprofessional manager at washington depot.... family member robbed blind.... no wages for 2 weeks and not entitled to a wage slip cos haven't earned enough.... 2 weeks in a row! Taking on new poor unfortunate souls every days whilst sending others home cos there's no work? Surely ur entiled to a wage slip no matter how much u have earned! So u can check its correct...

If you want to work for a company that rips you off big time this is the company for you 👍 you pay 500 pound van deposit for beat up vans that are on there last legs get over taxed and over billed on EVERYTHING. Even though you’re self employed you can’t have a weekend off so say goodbye to them because along with your weekends go so does your social life. I left James hall beginning on January and am still waiting for money they owe me I still haven’t received it and they are taxing me on it. Over all really bad company wouldn’t go back I would recommend you don’t even try it because you will be ripped off and scammed out of your money.

Constantly asking workers to cover for other depots despite the depots being covered for sending people to cover those covering. Makes no sense. If there are drivers able to cover another company they should be able to cover their own. Would reduce the amount of fuel drivers need to buy, saving the company themself money as well. Having their drivers go long distance when there are workers in that city that could cover anyway is horrible for the environment as well. Treat injured workers who are struggling due to said injuries like dirt, continuing to ask they do more and more work despite it making the injuries worse. Asking for their drivers to work on their one day off a week so they're working seven days a week is inhumane.
