Disgraceful services! The no87 bus driver keeps refusing my son on the bus after school leaving him to walk from baglan just because his pass hasn't arrived yet so he has a code and screen shot on his phone! Which the council told him to use until his pass arrives. The attitude from the driver is disgusting I had the same situation with my daughter 2 years ago! She had a pass yet still the same treatment from drivers even on afew occasions made rude comments because she's English

This is a pathetic excuse of a bus station. The digital information displays only show the times buses are ment to depart. If they are running late there are no updates. The station is unmanned ever though there is a help desk there. Posters are years out of date and show bus services that no longer run, how hard would it be to remove them?

Not to mention the bus station closes at 6pm every day and Sundays never seems to open. Although for some reason after 7pm it's almost impossible anywhere in Port Talbot to get a bus!
