Our stolen car ended up at Synetiq Stafford and we collected it from there after we purchased it back from the insurance company. I can't praise enough the kindness and patience of Synetiq staff at Stafford and particularly want to thank Helen who stood with us in the rain while our emergency locksmith recoded the central locking, she has been wonderful from the first phone call to the moment we finally drove our car away. Our car was well looked after by the Synetiq team while they had it in their care, we were quite worried about what we would find when we got there as the windows were not working but they had covered the open windows to keep the weather out. Thank you very much to everyone at Synetiq Stafford.

Bought a gearbox and had it sent to my garage. They fitted it only to find it was faulty. Another one was sent and fitted. Having 2 gearboxes removed and fitted incurred 2 lots of labour charges and because they were at fault they refused to reimburse any of the extra charges but offered me 20% of parts in the future! I would never deal with this company again.
I'm a care worker and need my car for work and can't afford for these costs.
BEWARE THEY PROVIDE FAULTY PARTS AND NOT INTERESTED IF YOU'RE OUT OF POCKET. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

Picked up 2 cars at different occasions and I can honestly say the forklift drivers are so friendly and helpful and very polite and the front office lady is just as helpful/ polite and bubbly. Thank you for the easy transaction,

Need too sack the photographer. Most cars have 7 photos. Not covering the damage area properly. Was good. Now its getting more expensive 🙃

I should and would have been giving a 1 star review due to the very poor access road to the yard. But….. the friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the staff made the collection of a vehicle a really good experience, especially Jackie (I think) who did our paperwork. Thank you but please mend your access road 🤨

Please be aware people do not buy any car from this seller I bought vw golf Cat N and in Description (stolen and recover ) when I bring back it was used to Cat S so they are scammers

***FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THEM*** went to pick a car which we bought through the online auction, on approach we realized windscreen was cracked and rear seat belt was cut into 2 pieces ( and in pictures it looks absolutely fine) not mentioned anything in description cost me extra £400 because they are hiding stuff from buyers. Also they place ther own proxy bids. ***FRAUD*** STAY AWAY***
