Insufficient support for people with multiple conditions. All seems to be done via email now, and the threads arent even ongoing so its difficult to keep track of the conversation.it goes through some admin/receptionist 1st who replies then forwards it. I understand them not wanting hassled but if someone is gonna hassle you this method wont stop them and just delays people getting responses. Long wait for an initial phone apt also.. i do not find them much help generally unfortunately.
