I used this company for two years of tax and VAT returns. The second year was diabolical.
In February 2016, Inland revenue informed me I would have a tax rebate. I finally received it in August after months of me chasing, them forever replying to an OLD email address, instead of replying to the actual email (I had informed them on more than one occasion not to use that email address).
Obviously, they were quick to take their fees...then spend months and months actually sending me a rebate. And not bother to send me an invoice for their work until I begged and begged.
All quite amateur.

Have been using these ladies since we first opened! Of course all the way though covid, they are nothing but amazing and super friendly which is lovely. Never had one problem with them and they make it so easy for me. If I ever moved out of the area I would still use their services as they are brilliant! Thank you so much 😊
