Micheal and Tommy were both proffessional and respectful. I am delighted with my newly plastered ceilings and my experience with Re Gen has been a very good one. The work and cleaning up was satisfactory and micheal gave me lots of very useful advice on various decorating techniques. He seemed happy to answer my questions and was pleasant and helpful. Tommy made a good apprentice and was competent and polite. Thank you Re Gen.

I can’t warn you more of this company if I tried. Be aware of the issues you’re about to face, the unprofessional works men and rude customer service. If I could go back in time and not allow these people into my home I would! I was told my kitchen refurb would be a quick 4 day job, we’re now 2 months in and still my kitchen isn’t finished and now re gen are saying they won’t finish it. They send unqualified people to do the work so things have to be redone, the works men have damaged my thermostat at the begging leaving me twice with no heating a toddler and 10 week old baby during some of the coldest nights. I’ve had various people coming and going but causing more damage. They’re workmen swanning around my house as they please, at the end of each day my toilet would be left in a horrible state leaving me to clean their faeces and cigarette buts infront of my house. I have new floor throughout my house which has been scratched and chipped, the plumbing has been done so badly that it has flooded my whole kitchen floor which they now refuse to rectify. They customer service people are so rude and patronising saying “oh do you own your property then” so if your living in a council property they don’t treat you or your home with respect, they give them selves the right to damage your things. I’ve been calling and emailing and ignored for weeks now. I’ve been left with no choice but to take legal action against this awful and unprofessional company since they refuse to take any responsibility for the damage and chaos they have caused not to mention the stress! You will be better off keeping your old kitchen rather than letting these people into your home! Legal action will be taken and an official complaint will be put in to my housing association and trading standards!

Absolutely superb service, excellent workman, reallt happy qith all the advice and information received, very please with quality of workmanship, look forward to seeing him next week to finish off and grout the tiles, and i have to say Noah is a real credit to you. Thank you Noah and Re-Gen UK

Great company. They were helpful in getting my appointment booked in, working around my tight schedule and the engineers that turned up were very professional and revolved the problems I've had in my home for years.

i dont recommend this company as they want top money to do a slapdash job, my whole house needed redecorating and they sent one guy to paint and what a job that was 🤣 painted over wall paper that was peeling off the wall, they then sent two other guys noah and steve they were brilliant but the company were calling them constantly to rush the job.. it ended up taking 4 weeks and by that time id had enough.. i thank noah and steve but as for the company.. one word for ya cowboys.. avoid

I waited all day just to be told that the man coming went sick, my first experience with these people took two years to turn up,unbelievable but true ,obviously a cowboy firm,wouldn't recommend.
