I was pleasantly surprised with the service in PetsCorner Rustington, the Manager who’s name is Richard (I hope I’ve remembered that correctly) let me try a new (to me) brand and if my dog didn’t like it refund me. There were two brands, I tried, the first my dog didn’t like and true to the managers word, he refunded me, I then took the other brand on the same arrangement and my dog loves it. I’ve just gone back to buy a lager amount and have the same promise, unbelievable good service and care. Thank you so much. I recommend PetsCorner. Note: the brand I settled on is McAdams. Of course the dish is empty, he gobbled it up!

We love going to Pets corner.. The staff are amazing and they always cater to our furry pooch for his needs. The customer service is fabulous!! Love making purchases as it's value for money even though the price is a tad high, but so worth it.

I would recommend if Pets corner can have a VIP or loyalty card as its always important to provide a form of incentives.

Hi we have just been in to Petscorner in Rustington to ask about some puppy food. We were welcomed by a staff member called Emma. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable with regards to what sort of puppy food we should buy our Shih-Tzu. We decided to go ahead and buy what Emma had told us as this was the best for our puppy. I’ve never met a member of staff in any shop that I’ve been in over the last few years, who was so helpful. Thanks Emma and we look forward to coming back in soon.

I went into the rustington store and the girl I think Michelle, was very helpful. She took me to the place where the dog biscuits were and helped me chose. I went in yesterday again and a different girl was there. And again very helpful.

I have a dog that has a very sensitive digestive system and always struggle to find a balanced and suitable diet for him. The staff at Pets Corner Rustington have always been there to help and advise on the best solutions for my dog.
They carry a wide range of different foods for different dogs, and as such we have been able to find foods that compliment my dogs dietary needs. Both to ensure he has food he enjoys to eat and also those which help with his digestive system.
The range of Symply and More brand dog foods have been really good, but i know if i have any further issues then i can talk through with the helpful staff at the store.
