If I could give a gift to any Mum it would be a class pass for Laurens classes, as they have quite literally changed my life from being a new Mum being brave booking onto my first class and trying something new and out of my comfort zone in attempt to improve my fitness levels after having a baby post lockdown to becoming part the most special community of Mums.

Lauren is a superb person and coach she is funny, caring, motivating and inspiring. Her classes are adaptable to women of any age. Children are also very welcome to attend. They are totally dependent on how you feel when you show up to class that day: feeling tired, she’s got you! Feeling strong and want to push yourself, she’s got you! Lauren also offers a variety of classes such as boxercise, pilates, strength and tone.

My fitness and mental health has much improved from staying consistent and committed to attending classes with my son who is now 3 years old who also loves attending classes as he gets to play & explore a safe and engaging space with fellow children of all ages and a plentiful selection of fun toys. What more could you ask for?

Lauren is a wonderful person and I firmly believe her classes should be prescribed at your post birth wellness check up! Every Mum deserves to feel part of the fantastic community Lauren has created. If you are feeling on the fence or nervous about booking on take a deep breath and remind yourself you’ve given birth to a baby you are stronger and braver than you think and can quite literally do anything so click on to a taster.

Lauren’s classes are amazing, I wish all new mums knew about them as they really made my maternity leave so much more special. I found getting in to a routine and having somewhere to go while I was off so helpful. It felt great doing something for me that my children also really enjoyed. The mums I have met have all been so lovely and it’s the most welcoming group.My children have also made some gorgeous friends and they all look forward to seeing each other each week. My daughter also talks about Lauren’s classes all the time! I am back In work now but still go to the classes each week. Thanks Lauren for everything!

Lauren is absolutely fabulous and so are her classes!! I wasn’t into any sort of exercise before the birth of my first baby, but joined the classes when she was six months old and nearly four years on, I am still so glad I did. It is so lovely to have somewhere to go where kids are welcomed and where you can also do something for yourself. The community Lauren has built is amazing and I am so grateful to be a part of it. You will not regret giving a class a go! ❤️❤️❤️

Flow fitness is fantastic for exercise for pre and post natal women. Your In safe hands with Lauren; she is very passionate about women’s health and fitness, given she is a mum herself to 2 amazing young girls, she knows what busy mum life can be like and how important wellbeing and fitness/ health can be after pregnancy.
Not only is flow fitness a place to exercise safely, it is also a great place for women to socialise, she offers a great brew and biscuits at the end and it’s then a chance to meet other new mums and a chance to chat 🙂 I still go to her classes, even though my children are older, she offers so much fun and enjoyment and I look forward to her classes every week 🙂
I would highly recommend Lauren’s classes, she is one of a kind 🙂

I have been attending Flow Fitness classes for 5 years now and can’t recommend them enough. Lauren is an amazing person, she has created an fantastic community and offers holistic classes not just focusing on fitness (although there are lots of these!) but also on general wellbeing including women’s circles, relaxation classes and cycle awareness. From starting off attending classes with my little baby to now attending on my own, I have always felt so welcome. I highly recommend for all women!

Absolutely love love love Lauren's classes and s. I've never really been into exercise and always felt it a real effort to go. But with Lauren's classes, I started to enjoy exercise, understand my body more and have fun... All with a baby in tow! From the warm welcome and variety of classes to a great playlist and a cuppa at the end, I love it. I've tried techniques and equipment like kettle bells, Pilates which I'd never feel confident to do before and really enjoy it. Even with my youngest in nursery, I go to weekend sessions and love the mix of boxercise, Pilates and meditation. With a young baby or toddler, it can be difficult to even leave the house but it was always worth it and always feel better after a class. Lauren has created a great community of women / mums and no matter what the mood / energy level I feel, everyone is welcoming and looks after each other. I highly recommend Lauren's classes and sessions.

Love these classes! Flow fitness has really made my mat leave. Lauren is so welcoming and motivating that you can't help but get wrapped up in that energy. They're great for bringing the kids too, my daughter is so excited to come along each week.
It's made a huge impact on how I have felt both physically and mentally postpartum. Can't recommend highly enough!

Lauren’s classes were an absolute lifeline after the birth of my second baby. She supported me really well with my postnatal recovery through her excellent Pilates classes, as well as welcoming me into an amazing, supportive, fun and non-judgmental group of women. 18 months on and I’m still doing a variety of classes every week, feeling energised, strong and so grateful that I’ve found exercise classes I actually want to show up for! My children love joining me at Flow fitness classes, they have made lovely friends and are always welcomed by Lauren and the other mums, even when they are being typical toddlers! Thank you Lauren and well done for creating something so special.
