Driver never called my intercom then had the audacity to mark me as "unavailable". I was home. The driver obviously did not want to try delivering to a 5th floor flat. I'm waiting now for redelivery

Currier did not attempt delivery and marked it as "sorry we missed you", seems to be a bit of a theme reading other reviews. I work from home so was available, but now will have to go to pick up the parcel from depot.

Ordered 3 x lamps from them 3 weeks ago and they were sent out with FedEx, the FedEx driver decided to throw the parcel over our fence when we were closed and it was subsequently stolen. The fedex driver even forged my signature to say I’d signed for it (all on cctv). When I complained they sent the driver back to my address to argue with me 😂. I advised it was all on cctv and he buggared straight off then. Clowns.

Definitely will not use these ever again.

TNT /FEDEX had the correct address for a before midday delivery. The driver who obviously couldn't be bothered to deliver the parcel said it was awaiting the correct address. I called the Leeds depot and was confronted with a robot who talked nonsense, eventually I was connected to a service agent who was in Egypt!!! I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO THE LEEDS DEPOT. this delivery was CRITICAL and two engineers were sitting waiting for it to complete a mission critical job.

*EDIT..... later that day the driver returned to our property and delivered the important package outside his terms and conditions. Thank you. I have altered the review from 1* to 4*

Says tried delivery . I was home .
Says attempting today .
Then retracted and it's back in Leeds .
Got a robot to speak to .
Totally unprofessional , poor and I would never ever use

Item sent from Norwich three days ago. They still have not delivered and send useless messages and don't answer the phone. They say that my business is closed and the address dies not exist.
Nit really surprised as no FedEx vehicle ever managed to find my post code . Useless company.
The originator of my delivery has sent them chapter and verse on how to deliver but I don't think they have any sort of a sat nav in their vans. Meanwhile my car remains off the road.

FedEx is not fit for purpose. Waited in for 2 days for parts for my car.
Day 1 they said they had attempted delivery and I wasn't here. That's was a lie.
Day 2 they didn't bother to lie just said "delivery not attempted". !!
Day 3 said out for delivery BUT couldn't guarantee it would arrive today!!

Had a parcel delivered today, asked the driver to go to the back door. I went to open the gate for him but instead he decided to throw my £700 parcel over my 6ft fence. Nice one
