Jane and I decided to have a new kitchen installed following building work at our home. I used to fit 'off the shelf' kitchens and have an idea of cost to supply.
We visited Luxury Kitchens show room and spoke with Dave, we were very impressed with the bespoke made to measure design which is not available off the shelf. The price was competitive with the usual high street suppliers.
Just before Christmas Chris visited us and carried out the fitting survey, our kitchen was then installed by Keith and Kieran.
Jane and I found everyone to be helpful, meticulous in their work, we still walk into the kitchen and pinch ourselves.

We would recommend Luxury Kitchens of St. Helens without hesitation.

We had been looking to replace our kitchen for more than a year and visited many kitchen companies. We were also changing the design of the kitchen which included extra building work.
We eventually chose Luxury kitchens of St Helens and delighted with that decision.
Extremely happy with the quality of the units, service and delivery.
It was professionally organised and fitted. They took great care from beginning to the end. Thinking of the customer in all decision making and providing a friendly, approachable yet professional service. Chris and his team were very polite and always gave consideration to the customer.
I would highly recognise this company.

Cant fault the pre-sales process. Dave come to see us a few times and jigged things around and we also had to delay the install when some personal issues arose so A1 for that.

The team come in to rip out the old kitchen and that went well (though note to anyone going through this - prepare for dust!)

The problems started when the kitchen was being fitted. Only one fitter turned up who was a contractor (which we knew about) and who took double the time to complete it. I would have thought it was a two man job for some of the bigger bits were being installed. We had some a number of snags that took a few weeks to sort including dropped doors along with the fitting of the oven and microwave being secured with a screw one side and (wait for it) GLUE on the other.

We didn't know this until we decided to replace both the oven and microwave as we were not happy with the ones we bought (and which is NOT the fault of Luxury Kitchens). When i tried to take them out, we realised they had been fitted poorly and when i spoken to Luxury Kitchens, was told the securing brackets had not turned up and they were waiting for delivery. The fact they had not told me this until i called them suggests they were hoping this was never spotted for a number of years and it was their bad luck we decided to replace the hardware.

Anyway, that was EVENTUALLY sorted even though i had to pay for the new hardware to be fitted, but we also had a number of doors that again dropped which this time took nearly 4 months to get sorted. I was told the issue was 'it needs to be the fitter who comes back to you and he will be in touch (but he never did)'.

This went on for 3 months and I was on the phone to Barbara daily who was understanding and it wasn't her fault the fitter never called me, but that's not my issue and it should have been with Luxury Kitchens to get someone out to me.

As it turns out, they eventually sent someone else out who in 5 minutes fixed the issue which was due to the original fitter not using the correct screws. This was apparently a known issue with this particular fitter!!

Anyway, overall we have the kitchen we paid for but the journey was not a positive one.

Would i use again, possibly but it would have to be when i didnt have nobody else to use in a timeframe i needed it to be.

Kitchen was fitted the end of November I was a little dubious as it was only a month to Christmas, but I was complete with 2 weeks to go.

Rick and his team were fantastic and chris and Lewis installed the kitchen to a fantastic standard!

Great start with meeting Dave then him coming out and doing brilliant design/ layout. After this goes down hill rapidly. Owner & fitter unwilling to return to fit hood after quartz install took weeks to complete. Good product but customer service terrible. Can’t get them to commit to appointment times, they just phone 20 minutes in advance and expect you not to be at work and be at home to let them in. Girl in office told me no rush to complete job as your not even living in the house yet! Paid £70 on 01/12/23 for an integrated bin that Dave initially said he would include and girl in office said would be delivered and fitted in a couple of days. It is now 22/12/23 and no sign of bin - can’t see it being fitted before Xmas now. A couple of marks on doors that they have said will be replaced so got fingers crossed for this 🤞

Had my kitchen fitted in October. Service from start to finish was amazing. I was so happy with the design and quality of the units to fit my budget. All the team from the sales to the fitter were so helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Even brought my installation date date forward for me. I’m very pleased with my new kitchen and couldn’t recommend Luxury Kitchens highly enough. Thank you.

Late review, had my kitchen fitted on a full home renovation, everything went fantastic without any issues! From picking the kitchen to completion was easy and stress free! Mark designed the kitchen and gave us great ideas! Chris came to visit the build and ensured things was on track! Thanks again guys.
