I came across this company when I was searching for soft play for my son's first birthday and it was the best decision I made to hire from them. It came on the Thursday, he had it the whole weekend to play with and all for the same price as soft play hire for a 4 hour package locally. It seemed to good to be true to have the courier service but it was so easy. Our son can be a bit cautious with new things, so having the equipment for 2 days before his party really let him explore it at his own pace and safe to say he was so upset when it had to go back. The play equipment came in perfect condition, really clean and took seconds to put together and pack away. We had kids ranging from 9 months to 2.5 years at the party and they all loved it. All the other parents at the party asked where we got it from as they were all so impressed and I recommended it to everyone. Also I really appreciate the environmental approach to reusing boxes. Great quality, great price and so convenient for busy parents.

A fantastic experience. The delivery set up is impressive - so easy. As was the assembly and dismantling of the soft play.

We hired the standard soft play set from Friday - Tuesday over the weekend for my son’s first birthday and it was such a great decision. Although it filled most of our living room, my son and his friends had a great time and even over the course of a few days my son’s mobility dramatically improved. We even took the ball pit to our local pub for the afternoon so we could enjoy a drink while the children played. Great value for money and delivery was convenient enough, would recommend 100%.

What a great addition to our little boys first birthday party. The soft play was clean and packaged well with clear instructions on how to repack. Even came with a pump for the inflatable bouncy rabbits. We love loved having the soft play over the weekend. We had it set up at home before and after his party. We had a wonderful weekend of fun. We will definitely be hiring again!

Two days before my son’s birthday I realised I had forgotten to order the soft play. I rang them on the off chance they might be able to help, and Charlotte was so kind and helpful. She worked so quickly to make sure the delivery was sent out in time. I received the packages on the morning of the party thanks to their amazing customer service. The communication was fantastic, very speedy responses and they even rang me multiple times to check everything was as it should be. I would highly recommend!

I ordered from Soft Play in a Box to provide some entertainment for the kids at my daughter's 1st birthday and we were very pleased. The kids loved the soft play and we loved how straightforward the experience was. Having a courier arranged for us meant delivery and collection were both simple. I was even surprised by how easy it was to pack everything up again. I was fully prepared for that to be a bit of a nightmare, but with the instructions provided everything was packed up within a couple minutes. Great experience, would definitely recommend.
