Went here on Thursday to get my tyre looked at it was a simple job didn't take long and didn't get charged sorry forgot his name but he was very pleasant and friendly thank you very much.

My car was booked in on 14/12/24 for wheel alignment as it was off, taken in and sorted the front but said the back bolts were to rusty and needed replacing so didn't want to touch it. After 2 miles the car started pulling to the left so i called and told them & they asked me to bring back. I had a mechanic friend have a look for me and drive to see it wasn't me and he said that it was defiantly off and the steering when wasn't straight either, he looked at the rear bolt and noticed that both rear tyres were worn down one side and showing the metal, he further looked and seen that the rear subframe had split causing this. Instead of telling me both tyres on the rear were worn down on the inside exposing the metal in the tyre and the subframe had snapped and it was resting purely on the suspension and could have collapsed at any time he still adjusted the front (which was still not done correctly) and decided to charge me £70 for the 5 minutes he was there.
If he would have told me the truth about what he saw on the rear which was very dangerous to say the least ( and i had children in the car) i would have never gone ahead doing the front as repairing the sub frame and getting 2 new tyres (plus correcting his failed attempt at the front wheel alignment) would have cost more than the car value. I'm unhappy to say the least with this service and i could have been in a very serious crash doing 70mph on the motorway. please read this and do not use this kwik fit!

Kwik Fit Sutton is a disappointment. The wait times are ridiculously long, even for simple jobs like a tire change or MOT. The staff are unhelpful, dismissive, and seem uninterested in providing good service. Communication is poor, and you’re often left waiting without updates. Prices are high compared to the mediocre service provided. Overall, not a place I’d recommend for efficient or professional car care.

Addendum: visited today (8 January 2025) and again, the team was fantastic. Short wait time, efficient and professional work followed by good advice and ... a cup of coffee thrown in. What's not to like? The guys saved me money and clearly explained what the issue was. Thank you.

I would give six stars if I could, and here's why.
Car dashboard indicated heavy pressure loss in one tyre on long drive back home yesterday. Car slowed down rapidly and became difficult to drive. Managed to make it home and saw tyre hugely deflated so assumed I needed a new tyre and booked/paid online in advance.
Guys at KF advised no new tyre needed, did full tyre check free of charge, pressurised all tyres to correct PSI and - note this - processed full refund immediately!
Loss of pressure likely due to terrible road conditions in area with deep potholes etc ...
They could have changed the tyre and charged me. I would not have known better ...
Honesty, kindness, professionalism and great work ethos.

Muppets two front tyres are worn on inner and outer edges and on mil markers he reckons there’s 4 mil so won’t change them they have done 27 thousand miles and because there’s no cord exposed they won’t change them it’s a mobility car proper jobsworth don’t go there there clueless
